RockCar Viton Pro+ Chemical-Resistant Trigger Sprayer – 28/400 Black - Viton (FKM) Oring & Piston
Built for Tough Chemicals. Engineered for Long Life.
When chemical resistance matters, choose the RockCar Viton Pro+ Trigger Sprayer – the professional-grade sprayer that goes further than standard options. Most triggers only have a Viton® (FKM) O-ring. Ours is equipped with both Viton O-rings and Viton piston washers – giving you superior protection where it counts.
Why Viton (FKM) Rubber Matters:
Viton® is a high-performance fluorocarbon-based rubber designed to resist aggressive chemicals, solvents, and extreme temperatures. It’s especially resistant to:
-
Acids and alkalis
-
Solvents
-
Petroleum-based fluids
-
Strong cleaners and degreasers
However, no seal is invincible. Some chemicals (e.g., certain strong oxidizers, chlorine bleach, or harsh acidic blends) may still degrade seals or damage the sprayer body over time. While the seals and pump are high-grade Viton, the external plastic housing is standard chemical-resistant plastic – not immune to all types of damage. Always rinse after use to prolong life.
