Our strategy is a little different to most retailers.
We don't really see ourselves as being in the business of selling products.
Our job is to find the best products we can, test them thoroughly, show people how to use them properly and be clear on what they can and can’t do. Then get them to you as fast and well packaged as we can. And hope like heck your'e happy and come back and tell your friends.
We need happy customers coming back to survive. New Zealand’s too small to only sell to people once.
We rely heavily on repeat customers and recommendations, so getting the right product into the right person's hands matters a lot to us.
We'd rather lose a sale than have someone buy the wrong
product and be disappointed.

Why We Spend So Much Time Testing Products
When we first started, we relied heavily on the information provided by suppliers and manufacturers.
Over the years we've learned that doesn't always tell the full story.
Some products are fantastic.
Some aren't.
Some work brilliantly in the right situation but disappoint when they're used for the wrong job.
Because of that, we've gradually shifted more and more towards doing our own testing, creating our own guides and making our own videos.
If we're going to recommend a product, we want to understand how it works, where it works well, where it doesn't and who it's best suited to.
Why We Create Guides And Videos
One thing we've learned over the years is that most people don't just want to know what to buy.
They want to know why.
Why one product is different from another.
Why something worked.
Why something didn't.
Why one approach might be better than another.
That's why we spend so much time creating guides, videos and educational content.
Our goal is to help people understand how products work so they can make informed decisions for themselves.
The best customer support is often helping someone find the answer before they even need to ask the question.

We're based in Christchurch and ship orders throughout New Zealand.
Rather than investing in retail stores, we've focused on carrying a great range of products, creating useful educational content and getting orders dispatched as quickly as possible.

All sales are online only, we do not have a store. You can click and colect but we are not open to visitors

Why We don't have a retail shop
We don’t have a retail shop. If we did, I’d talk too much and wouldn’t get the orders out in time! Or the training videos done! We don’t want that. And I can give better advice online with photos and videos.
We focus on sending orders fast and packing them well. Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays should leave that day, after that we try but it might not make the courier.
We offer fast nationwide freight at a low flat rate, with free shipping on orders over $70. And offer click-and-collect in Christchurch.
We also now ship to Australia. Freight is fast - going Air freight to the closest main hub and then Australia Post to your door.
We have the best products and the biggest range, we give honest advice, and we work hard to support our customers. If you’re not happy, let us know.
We don’t just sell products—we test them, understand the trade-offs of different chemicals, and ensure you get the right products for your car and know how to use them effectively. We only sell what we’ve tested, and we’ve been doing this for over 8 years now. I’m a trained Master Detailer, and we undergo regular training. We work with some of New Zealand’s best detailers and dealerships. We’re so thankful for our loyal repeat customers and our passionate, well-trained team.

We don't just sell, we test.
When one of our favourite suppliers told us their new polish and pad would
take out 2,000 grit to a mirror shine in one step we didn’t just take their
word for it. We sanded the roof of Adams 500SL, and tried it for ourselves. And
wow did it ever! But we had to know for sure. We test all our products
ourselves, we compare them , we learn how they are made, and why, what are the trade-offs.
Chemicals are all about trade-offs. People will tell you all the positives, we
want to understand the whole picture, so we can give you the best advice.
