- It needs to be exactly the same product.

- It needs to be genuine not counterfeit, there's a bit of fake stuff out there.

- it needs to be in stock in NZ

- The price needs to be in NZD and include all taxes and freight and duty and gst.  Many online shops have pricing in USD and don't show you taxes and freight until checkout, or you get hit at customs.  There is a 5% duty on many car care products ex USA.
