Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Christchurch, New Zealand

All Stock is held in our warehouse in Christchurch.  This is designed for fast and efficient shipping of online orders.  It is not open to visitors, we do not have a retail store, but we do offer click and collect from a click and collect bin outside.

Adding To Orders.

If you want to add to an order that has not already shipped, please order the extra items in a new order.  We will automatically combine them and ship them together.  If you were charged additional freight please reply to the confirmation email with add to order, please refund freight and we will refund any additional freight. 

Fast Dispatch for Quick Delivery
Orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays typically ship the same day, with delivery expected within 1-2 working days for most locations NZ Wide. Please note that rural deliveries may take longer. While we aim to dispatch orders swiftly, we recommend allowing an extra day just to be safe. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day, as couriers do not collect on weekends.

Shipping to Australia
We now offer shipping to Australia!  Enjoy fast and reliable delivery with NZ Post Express to Australia. Your order is swiftly shipped from New Zealand to the closest main center in Australia via NZ Post, and then efficiently delivered to your door by Australia Post. This service ensures your package reaches you quickly and securely, combining the trusted expertise of both NZ Post and Australia Post.

Courier Services
We primarily use Post Haste and NZ Post’s courier service. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package, arrange redelivery, or authorize delivery without a signature. Please check your junk mail folder if you don’t see this email, and mark us as a safe sender to avoid future issues.

Rural Deliveries
Rural deliveries may take an additional few days due to the nature of rural routes. We appreciate your patience and will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

No PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders
We only ship to physical addresses and do not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding companies. Orders sent to freight forwarding addresses may be canceled, and we are not liable for any damages or issues once the order leaves our warehouse.

Security Notice
For security reasons, we do not ship internationally, including to freight forwarding companies. Any orders suspected of being fraudulent may be cancelled at our discretion.

If your Courier driver has a dirty van tell them to buy from us so they look pimping like this guy:
