Orders before 1pm on a weekday normally ship the same day and should arrive in 1-2 working days. Rural delivery will take longer. We can not guarantee delivery and dispatch times but we try very hard to get orders out fast. Please allow an extra day to be safe. While we often dispatch orders on weekends the couriers do not collect these until the next working day. We use mostly Post Haste and NZ Post's courier service, and will be adding more options soon. There is no perfect courier but we find them good. When your order is sent you will get an email with the tracking number that you can click on to track your order and arrange redelivery, or giving authority to leave without a signature. These emails sometimes go to your junk mail folder, if they are there, please mark us as a safe sender so you don't have that issue next time!

Yes! Select click and collect at checkout, we'll pick your order as normal, and put it in the weatherproof locked click and collect bin outside. You will be emailed when your order is ready with a code for the bin. The Main Gate is open between 10am and 6pm on weekdays only. We are not always on site, and might be busy packing orders or making videos, but if you see us say hi, or if you want to grab and run that's cool too!

No. To be able to get orders out fast we have to focus on being as efficient as possible. This means a retail shop is not possible at this stage. But we are looking to hold special events or open days in the future.

Yes. We operate lovecars.co.nz, chemguys.co.nz, kingsofchrome.co.nz, unitedcarcare.co.nz and other sites. All these orders are sent by us at Lovecars from the same warehouse.

Yes. Lovecars Limited was registered in July 2016. We are registered on the NZ Companies register as LOVECARS LIMITED (6060288). Previously we were known as Professional Distributors Limited (Prodi), but we changed our name to Lovecars to better reflect who we are and what we do (and love). We also Trade as Chemical Guys NZ, Chemguys, KingsOfChrome. Lovecars is owned and operated by Adam and Michelle Wright in Christchurch.
