We pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible throughout the day, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm may still be dispatched the same day, but otherwise will be sent the next business day.

Courier collection times and busy periods can occasionally affect dispatch times, but we always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Yes! Choose Pickup at checkout. We process orders between 9am and 4pm weekdays and will email you when your order is ready, along with the code for our secure pickup bin.

Once it's ready, you can collect anytime the main gate is open, 7am–6pm weekdays.

No. We're an online store and warehouse and aren't open for retail shopping. This lets us focus on keeping a large range in stock, getting orders out quickly and creating the guides and videos that help you choose and use the right products.
