Need to return a product or send us a sample? We're happy to arrange a courier label for you.

You can either:

• Have the printed courier label included with another order, or
• Have the label emailed to you so you can print it yourself.

Unlike the shipping on your original order, return freight is not subsidised. For most returns, this $18 courier label covers the cost of arranging return freight.

You're also welcome to arrange your own courier if you prefer.

Please contact us before purchasing or sending your return at team@lovecars.co.nz so we can confirm the parcel size, weight and contents, and make sure this is the right option for your return. If your parcel is unusually large, heavy, or going to or from a rural address, an additional freight charge may apply. We'll always let you know before arranging anything.
