Most microfiber pads are made with an 80/20 blend (or worse), often mass-produced in China. That’s fine for one-and-done jobs—but if you want a consistent, even finish that doesn’t leave lint or haze, you want 70/30. The higher polyamide content (30%) gives the microfiber its softness, absorbency, and cleaning ability. It’s the expensive part, and it’s what separates professional-grade applicators from cheap bulk ones.

These pads are made in South Korea to a standard you can feel.
