Most “chemical-resistant” sprayers only use a single Viton® (FKM) O-ring. RockCar’s Pro+ goes further — with both Viton O-rings and Viton piston washers for complete sealing protection against strong acids, alkalis, solvents, and degreasers.

Why Viton (FKM) Matters
Viton® is a high-performance fluorocarbon rubber known for its resistance to:

• Acidic and alkaline cleaners

• Solvents and petroleum-based fluids

• Wheel cleaners and iron removers

• Heavy-duty degreasers and APCs

No seal is invincible, but this setup will outlast standard EPDM or Nitrile triggers many times over. Always rinse after use to maximise service life.
